The Temple Roast Medium Espresso is an 86 specialty roast. It is sweet and well-balanced with notes of chocolate and toffee. We use some of the best quality beans available and hope you enjoy it as much as the Temple crew!

Our suggested parameter is: 18 grams dry | 36 - 38 grams wet | 29 - 31 seconds total extraction time | 201 Degrees F
